Training sessions are kept small (no more than six people) as it is important to us that we provide a personalised service where we can tailor the exercise to our clients’ level and provide quality coaching and instruction.

Our Expertise
Scott Crean
Scott is s a highly qualified strength and conditioning specialist, with a Masters degree in Exercise Science. Scott has extensive experience training individuals at all levels and ages. He is passionate about helping all people live better lives through improved fitness, strength and mobility.
From 2010-2019, Scott worked overseas for professional rugby teams (Clermont, Montpellier, Georgia) and is currently the Head of Strength and Conditioning for the national Fijian Rugby team. Scott is also employed by NZ Rugby as the Fitness Coach for the professional referee group.
He enjoys collaborating with a network of top coaches and specialists from around the world to keep up-to-date with the latest research and thinking on training methods, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
