Small group personal training (SGPT)
This is our core service where a group of up to six people can exercise under the close supervision and instruction of a specialist trainer.
It’s an ideal and economical way to ensure you’re getting individual attention and feedback for optimal results, while also being part of a fun, motivating group dynamic.
How small Group personal training works
The way it works is that you book an available space through our online booking system here or through the app: Apple, Android and when you arrive for your session you will be in a group with up to 5 others.
Each member of the group may have a different level of experience and fitness, but rest assured we will personalise and adapt each session depending on your needs and abilities.
It’s also a great option if you want to train with family and friends or meet other like-minded members!
Fitness after 50
Build strength, mobility and resilience safely
Age alone should never be a barrier to fitness. In fact research shows that as you age it is one of the most powerful things you can do to build a more robust state of health and well being.
While your programme will be different from an elite athlete, we will ensure that it’s at an appropriate level for you to see real results.
